Página 74:

9) Copiar el vocabulario de este ejercicio y traducirlo al español en el cuaderno. 

    wonderful: maravilloso.

    all places: todos los lugares.

    chatter: charla. 

    an area of water bigger than a sea: una zona de agua más grande que un mar.

    beautiful: bello/a, hermoso/a.

    talk: hablar.

    everywhere: en todas partes. 

    a place bigger than a town: un lugar más grande que un pueblo.

    city: ciudad. 

    very pretty: muy bonito/a.

    ocean: océano.

    really good: muy bueno.

11) Copiar los adjetivos de este ejercicio y formar el comparativo y el superlativo.

Página 78: 

a) Copiar el cuadro (WRITING TIP!) y traducirlo en el cuaderno.

    For instructions, we can use imperative verbs, e.g. mix, stir, put, add.

   Para las instrucciones, podemos utilizar los verbos imperativos, por ejemplo mezcla, remueve, pon, añade.

24) Leer las dos instrucciones (a-b) y explicar razonadamente cuál es más sencilla de entender en el cuaderno.

25) Leer las cinco oraciones relativas a las instrucciones y escribir en el cuaderno si son verdaderas o falsas.

26) En tu cuaderno, escribe las instrucciones en el orden correcto.

    1. First, choose the best place for your tree. 

    2. Dig a hole that is deeper than the pot your tree is in. 

    3. Gently take the plant out of its pot and place it in the hole. 

    4. Fill the hole around the tree with soil. 

    5. Make sure there aren’t any roots above the surface. 

    6. Press the soil down as hard as you can to make sure the tree is planted well. 

    7. Finally, water the tree.

Página 79:

28) Sustituye las interrogaciones en tu cuaderno por el vocabulario que se ha visto anteriormente.

29) Escribe oraciones en tu cuaderno siguiendo el ejemplo.

b) Copiar la autoevaluación (I CAN) de la misma página y traducirla usando los diccionarios bilingües a los que se han hecho referencia con anterioridad. Después de cada oración, hay que dibujar en el cuaderno una cara triste si no lo hemos conseguido, una cara alegre si lo hemos conseguido a medias y una cara superfeliz si lo hemos conseguido ampliamente. 

    I can identify ways to help the environment. Puedo/sé identificar vías para ayudar al medio ambiente.

    I can compare things. Puedo/sé comparar cosas.

    I can create a fact poster about my country. Puedo/sé crear un cartel de hechos sobre mi país.

    I can write instructions for how to do something. Puedo/sé escribir instrucciones sobre cómo hacer algo.
